Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to what customers ask us most. Don't see yours? Call or send us a note — we're happy to help.
How much does junk removal cost?
We price by volume — you only pay for the space your junk takes up in our truck. Single items start at $95, typical jobs run $185–$395, and large cleanouts are $595+. Every job gets an upfront written quote on-site before we load anything.
What items will you haul?
Just about anything non-hazardous: furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges, washers, dryers), yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, pianos, safes, estate contents, office clear-outs. If you're not sure, just ask — we're flexible.
What can't you take?
We can't haul hazardous waste: paint, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, or tires on rims. For most of these, the Bannock County Landfill has a household hazardous waste program we can point you to.
Do you donate or recycle what you pick up?
Whenever we can. Working furniture, appliances, and household goods go to local donation partners. Metal, cardboard, and clean wood get recycled. Whatever's left goes to the dump — but we try hard to keep things out of landfill.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day or next-day service is usually available, especially if you book in the morning. Same-day rush jobs carry a small premium — we'll flag that before we lock in your appointment.
Do I have to be home?
Not if the items are outside (curbside, driveway, or marked in the garage) and you've pre-approved the quote. We'll send before-and-after photos, load up, and email the invoice when we're done.
What if my item doesn't fit in the truck?
We can break it down on-site (hot tubs, sheds, pool tables, pianos), or schedule a second trip. We'll tell you up front if a job needs multiple loads so there are no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
Pocatello, Chubbuck, Inkom, McCammon, Lava Hot Springs, American Falls, Blackfoot, and Fort Hall. If you're nearby and don't see your town listed, give us a call — we usually stretch for the right job.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, or card on the day of service. We'll send a written quote before we load, a receipt after, and you only pay once the work is done.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and are registered to operate in Idaho. Happy to share documentation on request — just ask.
